hye all.. any idea of how i can increase the monthly budget?currently the sponsor allows me to spent 110k per month for rider wages. but i want to increase it a little bit more so that i am able to sign good riders that demand high wage.
i have lachis editor installed. any tutorial how i can use it for this matter?

some adjustment that i have done using lachi's editor:
1) lowered all my riders wage
2)inclease the team overall fund.
but the limit for montly wage is still at the same values.
btw i couldnt find any PCM12 that relate to this topic yet. i have found for pcm2011 patch but not sure if i can use it with pcm12.
another reason why i created this tread coz i need a quick guide. im sitting for my final exam this week but i cant focus on study as i havent find any solution for this yet.
gosh! the attraction power with this game is so damn high. oh god why..... |

This might seem strange, but you have to increase the wages for your riders. For example editing the wage Sagan gets from 70.000 -> 105.000
The monthly wages for next season depends on sponsor budget + current wages. If your riders wages are 102.000 in this year, there is for example a 110k rider wages limit.
But if your wages are 160k now(you can edit your riders so that this happens) then your max rider wages for next season will be maybe 230.000

Alternatively you can offer riders a bad pay, and then edit the offered amount in "Cyclist Contract Offers".
As long as you does this the PCM-day after your contract offer they will consider the edited amount in stead of the in-game offer

I guess he meant the max monthly salary wages.
Or does that work with value_i_sponsor_future too?

The max salary, as far as I know, is based on the future sponsor budget and the actual wages. Then there is a absolute maximum of 700000 or so which cannot be edited. |

thank you for the respond guys. but i accidently found a way to solve this while working on it. it was similar to what jesleyh mentioned above.seems strange but nevermind as long as it work.hehe
yeah,been looking for any tread that related to this but couldnot find it. i know i could find it somewhere in the forum but i wasnt able to spent much time looking for it because need to focus on my exam. |
