Surprise 2nd place for your new Mexican RR NC from Dyson, Ignacio Sarabia. Another D2 team, Alstom - Bic, gets the Canadian Champion, Charles Dionne since he finishes 3rd. And Costa Rica rounds out the championships that needed to be decided with Marco Guillén taking 4th.
