2013 Management Game Equipment

Figured I put this here so it's more likely that the graphics crowd will see it, but it's probably the sooner the better to get a thread for graphics requests pertaining to the coming management game season. If an admin thinks it would be better served in a man-game forum, then fine, but as a lot of the equipment is often valuable outside of the man-game, this seemed the better place to start.
I'd like to make three requests to start off.
1) The following bike:
I was hoping whoever makes it could do something similar for the other side, just choosing random Italian names and writing them in various scripts around the machine. It's a pretty generic looking bike, so if you find a similarly generic machine that's shaped very similarly, I'm fine with just re-texturing it with the paint scheme. I do want Campagnolo components though, either if it's made from scratch or not.
The head-tube is unfortunately difficult to find pictures of, and the only full one I've found before is gone. What it looks like is the main logo written vertically and upside down back to back. So this is one half:
And the other is the same thing flipped upside down.
2) I'd like to get the Colnago Flight, which I'm sure has been made, in this paint scheme to match the team kit:

3) And lastly I'd like to get these Rudy Project helmets:
with a color scheme to match the kit as well.
The helmets don't need to be perfect. If something looks close, and it gets re-textured so that it says Rudy and has the right colors, that's fine. If you want to start from scratch though, or if they already exist, that'd be awesome.

Might as well start I guess.
I'm after everything, starting from scratch (except a jersey), and would greatly appreciate this to be done properly, by someone who actually knows what they are doing. My team is focused around Japanese and Korean riders, so lots of white with a little red. The team is more sponsored by the Japanese and Korea sporting organizations, so the focus is more on the countries themselves. Japan is the primary focus though.
I would also love a matching frame and set of wheels. even though it is an Asian team, I really would like the "Euro" look, and what better than a Cipollini frame with lightweight wheels  .
It would be awesome if the frame and wheels were also white, with red writing.
I also like the look of the Rudy Project helmets (see below) again in white and red.
I understand that this is a lot of work, and that one person probably isn't going to be able to do it. However, I would be forever in your debt if someone or some people could do this. I would love to enter the ManGame series with a bang, even if it is only looking good!

I first have to finish a frame for viking90, then i´ll do my stuff, and then i might do your requests. Better try to find someone else to do your stuff as i´ll be busy with learning the whole first semester.

Okay, nice. But I surely don't want to swamp the graphics maker with new requests. I think I'm going to use an already existing combo.

In that case:
If someone has time and wants to do something for my team. Something that will be used for atleast 3 seasons/
I'd like: 
Black, green lettering. (Green as in this logo:  )
For TT's:
Same Green Lettering.
And Catlike Helmets. (Also Black with Green lettering)
If someone decides to make this I will love you!!!
