Hello and once again it's Wednesday. Although we seep into the last few weeks of 2007, the quiz grows strong. (As is Wildcat's lead).
But thats beside the point, the point is however in bold on the next line
We have 10 weeks until the scoreboard is reset!
Yup 31st of December at 9pm the winner will be revealed, but thats a long time away
On with the quiz, Simple format as always 8 questions and 8 points on offer
1) Give me the famous nickname for this race?
2) Who won the race in 1965?
3) This years race will go down in the history books, but why?
4) Fausto Coppi’s had a lot of wins here, but how many?
5) When the first running of the race was held in 1905 what was the race called?
6) Where did the race start in 2004?
7) Complete this following famous name Madonna del….
8) That rounds off the UCI pro tour for 2007, but who was the first leader of this years pro tour?
No cheating and PM me your answers
Quiz ends 18:00GMT on Sunday 21st October 2007
Oh and can someone PM me a transfer list thats correct as of today, or advise me where there is one

I wish I had read more about the giro di lombardia before I took the test, last week I *kinda* cheated cos I had read an article a few days before on Paris-Tours. I might well end up with the latern rouge this week seeing as most of my answers this week were absolute guesses! |
