Sweden have hunted for hills for their national championships and we have a shortish circuit of 10km which has three short sharp climbs on them.

The team with the depth here are i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc512/ANFreeman/Jersey%20Sprites/saab.png Saab Scania. They keep control of a small break of i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc512/ANFreeman/Jersey%20Sprites/finnair.png Lars Andersson and i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc512/ANFreeman/Jersey%20Sprites/sonyericson.png Viktor Renäng.

However when i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc512/ANFreeman/Jersey%20Sprites/Aker.png Gustav Larsson bridges the break begins to get a large gap.

Saab have i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc512/ANFreeman/Jersey%20Sprites/saab.png Thomas Lövkvist but he clearly is not confident of other favourites like i1215.photobucket.com/albums/cc512/ANFreeman/Jersey%20Sprites/wwe.png Fredrik Kessiakoff as he doesn't decide to order his team to chase.

All Larsson has to do is nudge the pace slightly to drop his two breakaway companions.

...and as he fittingly laps some Saab riders he takes a facile victory in the road race.

Indeed it is a strong day from the trio as they take three top positions.





























Of course THE very TOP position is taken by Gustav Erik Larsson.
