hi there.
What really confuses me is, that there is no info on what precisely is in the spainpack and in the patch v1.0.3.1. I do have the impression, that the spainpack includes some other things from the dl-section, though I did not find any info on that.
I also wonder, wether or not there are any fixes in the last patch which were not included in the spainpack, e.g. some fixes to some stages. At last, I don't know whether to (only) keep all the stages from spainpack, or if I should install seperate fixes from the dl-section and maybe also the "new" national championships.
Can someone answer these questions, pls?
Maybe you "pros" out there using the spainpack can tell me, which dls you all install?
thank you for your time!
greetz,

No, for the second time, the DB of patch 1.0.3.1 is no different of the DB of patch 1.0.2.1
In lamest terms: The newest patch doesn't have any DB-fixes, thus the PCM Spain DB is perfectly compatible with 1.0.3.1, you will have all the fixes.

thank you!
still: no need to get impolite, ok!? Especially since I'm asking for this the first time!
I did do a search on this and did not find much on the topic.
The only place I did not look for this was all the 20+ pages of the SpainPack-Threat, of which I only read four.
And part of my question still remains:
Can someone give me an overview (or link to one), which separate downloads from the download-section are included in the pack (if any)?
thank you for your time. |

And in which the answer could be found in the last one. |

sorry, guys.
have you ever searched for an answer to a simple question through meanwhile some 30+ pages? Since meanwhile most of it in the pack-threat seems like technical probs-talk and stuff like that i really lost the nerves on reading on from page 10.
Especially since its kinda hard to read through all that since english is not my native language ;-)
I just joped there would be a short description of the pack, but theres none coming w/ the download, and none in the dl-section describing it in detail. That's why I asked...

To answer your question, it's very limited what PCM Spain has used from this DL-section. The flags from the DB is available, but else than that, I don't think you can download any of the things seperately. |

Finally someone answering my questions instead of shouting @ me without reason! THANK YOU!
Really don't wanna complain, but I think two posters before you did not take the time to understand what I wanna know and instead started yelling. The threat I was told an answer was in (spainpack-threat) does not include any answer to the questions I asked. I have completely read it by now, b/c these guys said there was an aswer, but obviously only proved their missing ability to read and understand. That's a sad example, "welcoming" a relatively new member to the community, as I believe.
I hoped to get an answer and maybe get 1-2 hours starting a new career tonight. Instead I spend almost 2,5 hours completely reading a threat w/o any real info for me!
Thus - just to make it easier to understand - once again my questions:
1. Are there any other packs or fixes from the download-section included in the spainpack (answered by CrueTrue by now - thx!)
2. Are there fixes in the patch v1.3.0.1 which are not in the spainpack? (e.g. the new patch includes new files of some stages. Is it better to keep them or should I take the ones from the spainpack?) In other words: Of the files that are both in the patch and in the spainpack which should i keep to play?
Which are the newer ones/ better ones / the ones preventing bugs like the giro-bugs?
3. There are some further "new / fixed" stage(s /-packs) in the download section. Can I install them, or would they mess up the spainpack / the patch?
4. Are there any files in the patch I should not - in any case - overwrite w/ files from some downloaded pack?
thankl you for your time and understanding

The stage fixes included in 1.0.3.1 are the same as the ones we have in our download section. These are also included in the PCM Spain-pack, so basically:
1. Install the patch
2. Install the PCM Spain DB
And you will have everything you need.
Also, you shouldn't worry too much about the files in the DL-section. You can download and install whatever you like. They will most likely not affect the game in a negative way.
About our "impolite" members. Ruben has a headache today and is in general not one who speaks politely. However, he's a nice guy
Dankan, well, he's the guy who has made the PCM Spain DB. He's very helpful usually, and in fact, I think he wanted to help by saying you could find the answer in the last page (he refers to your question about if the DB is compatible with the latest patch).
I hope you feel welcome anyway |

very welcome by you, indeed, thx!
have a good one!
;-)
/EDIT: Still remaining question to stages:
Should I use packs like updated_national_championships and updated_tdf_prologue_+_stage1 after installing the patch and the spainpack, or would you better leave them out? thx.

No prob. Was just really pissed yesterday evening, b/c I had hoped for 1 or 2 hours of playing instead of reading some (for me) unneccessary threat. Still, no harm done
Thanks foru your help and the *great* spainpack.
