Just a quick idea, want to know other opinions

Would he make a good GC rider/leader?

Excellent sprinter, good on flat and hill?

I know he's not an ideal GC in my opinion but he has good and promising attributes to maybe challenge?

In my experiences with him he has turned into a good puncheur/sprinter but you could train him to win some small tours
He would never win the tour though

Easy answer: look at his stat limits. They can differ between careers, so while he'll be 84 TT in one, he can be 84 SP in another.

If he doesn't have 3 to 4 stars in MO left (which I doubt he often has), it doesn't make sense to train him as a stage racer.

I'm new to the game, so dont fully understand all stats and stars yet, just going in real life and what I've seen/read

Nice to know other opinions though, cheers guys

Well, there is one big difference between real life cycling and PCM:

In cycling, while you can narrow down where a rider will develop into, it is not sure how he specializes or how good he'll finally be on different terrain or in different situations.

In PCM, you know exactly that. Every star equals 2 to 3 stats. That's a rider's limit, and (apart from training camps), he can't exceed it.

So while in real life, Sky might decide to train EBH into a stage racer (dunno how successful it would be though), it is completely impossible in PCM if he hasn't a high MO limit .

EBH suffers a bit from All-Round-Syndrome. He has no weakness, but it means he really doesnt have a strength. I find his usually best in one day races where he can follow a late attack and beat the breakaway in a sprint.

His a great support rider at the GTs but wont ever win one as he does generally lose time in the mountains. On a short tours with a TT and only one moutain stage his a good bet for GC though, especially if theres time bonus's for sprints.
