Startup problems Parallels

Hi! Long time no PCM!

I bought PCM12 lately and installed it on my macbook, with Parallels and Windows XP. The install went well, but I meet problems when I click "Play", or open the PCM.exe file. The program won't start, and there is an error message showing up every time I try.

What is this, and what can I do? Screenshot attached.

Parallels is a virtual desktop if I am not mistaken.
If you really want to run the game on a mac, then you need to install Windows properly. Bootcamp should help you to build a double boot computer, where you can either start up MacOS or Windows OS.

I'm running PCM12 with Bootcamp and have no problems. So far. Knock on wood.

You are not running it with Bootcamp, you are running it on Windows.
Bootcamp is a tool to use more than one operating system on your computer.
And the latest windows systems are stable so no wood knocking needed.
