Hello, my name Is Philip Lavery I am 21 years old and one of the Team Leaders for Node4-Giordana along with Matt Cronshaw and Rico Rogers.
I am new to the team after leacing the An Post-Sean Kelly team last year.
My Goal is to win the Tour De France by My Retirment and i want to do it with this team!
Yes, I am crazy (I'm Irish ) but there is logic to it since there are many good upcoming Irish and British Cyclists and I know I can do it!!!
My father Tosh has always been supportive of me and I hope to do him prode and the local young boys at Inspiration Cycling Club Dunboyne.

He's only 21 so he has plenty of time to develop |

But still if it was like 70 i'd say OK. but 58 is a bit low, maybe edit? |

Thanks guys, i have seen your doubts but his potential is very good with 4 star hill and 5 star mountain so it is possible.
PS. if it fails i might just edit his climbing a bit since in real life he is a very good climber, i happen to live 2 doors down from were he grew up!

Sorry to spoil the fun, but that roughly translates into 68 MO, 75 HIL limits

True. I'm sorry man, it's a good idea but you should edit him if you want to win the tour. |

really?
he is a solid puncher at a Premier Calendar level, and can survive some hills at a comtinental level.
He really is more of a sprinter/cobbles rider
Instead of winning the TDF GC, maybe a more Green Jersey aimed story would be more realistic .... but of course its up to you
Now i have to beat your results as well
Good luck
