I think it's enough info for new members that want to join. You can't expect the whole game to be explained there. After you join the game, everything will be explained to you better when the right time comes.

Also, it's pretty hard to understand everything before you are there ;-)
Anyway, the most important thing is that it is soon application time, so just stay around and apply then Might be you get a team, if not, stay around and try again next time ;-) (Like Valverde and others did)

Because transfer rules change every season. Theyre always fully explained to managers prior to the transfer period though, and that is all that is needed really

There is no obligation whatsoever regarding team HQ threads. Most managers update their threads, but even some of the best and otherwise most active ones sometimes do that several months after the race.
However, if you fail to be active enough in race discussion threads or in general, this might be the deciding factor whether you can keep your spot in the game.
