Sorry but a Newbie here if someone could help me, Just bought the game today and being reading the in box manual it says on there for more details refer to the full game manual, Where can i find that from ?

You can find the manual (pdf) in the "Manual" subfolder of your PCM folder

... because the manual is outdated and crap anyway.
