As the Road season starts to end, the track season gets in full swing.
As well as numerous 6-day events there is also the UCI World Cup series.
30th November - 2nd December (My Birthday!) - Round 1: Sydney
7th - 9th December - Round 2: Beijing
18th - 20th January - Round 3: Los Angeles
15th - 17th February - Round 4: Copenhagen
Then the World Championships in Manchester from the 27th - 30th March.
Not forgetting the innovative Revolution series in Manchester!
20th October
17th November
12th January
23rd February
I'm going to the one on the 20th October, in just over a week. The lineup has the likes of Thomas, Backstedt, Cavendish, Hammond, Chicchi, Friedman and many others.

nice, can't wait for a bit of this. Doesn't get much TV coverage though. track cycling is just as intresting as on the road.

i'm hoping of going to the 20th as well, because i can go to Man City vs Birmingham then nip accross the road to the Revolution
i did that last season as well
the Revolution's are always great as they showcase huge talent, both young and experienced

That's awesome. Between Cyclocross and Track cycling, hopefully I won't go into a withdrawal like I did last season. |

I got the following autographs
Jamie Staff, Craig Maclean, Geraint Thomas, Russel Downing, Ed Clancy, Tom Murray, Rob Hayles, Paul Helion, Stefan Steinweg, Chris Newton and Francesco Chicchi.
Mark Cavendish won the Motor Paced Scratch Race 7km ahead of Geraint Thomas.
Jason Kenny beat Craig Maclean in the final of the Revolution Sprint.
Colby Pierce won the 10km Points Race, 1 point ahead of Ed Clancy.
Mark Cavendish and Ed Clancy won the 1km Madison Time Trial (Best event imo).
Jamie Staff won the Revolution Keirin.
Chris Newton won the 15km Scratch Race.
I didnt really follow the Womens or the DFL Future Stars races - although Smoothie's sister nearly won the Female DHL Future Stars Scratch Race, she attacked with 4ish laps to go and got a big solo gap, before being hauled in and caught on the final lap.
