hi there,

I've got an question about scouting.
How long must be the scout in the country before he find talents?
For example: My scout is for two months in venuzuela (I'am in a career with andoni-venuzuela) and has no rider found yet.
I've a very good scout at the moment (legendary)

It's pretty random.
Very strange that your scout hasn't found anyone yet, he should find someone soon!

Well, it's partly random at most.

Every region has its own "weight", the amount of riders created in it.
Important regions as Pais Vasco, Flanders etc. have a higher weight than others.

Venezuela is definately not known of producing a massive amount of riders, so its weight is pretty low.

Two months in such a country is still average, in higher crowded, you can find 4 before reaching February.


So, long story short, the scout needs more time to find a rider because there are less Wink
