In my second season, when I try to advance from 06/30 to 01/07 the game shut down and appears a crash report alert...

I've installed the PCM Expansion Patch fot 1.3.0.0

is this an error of the patch?

I don't think this is a problem of the patch, else there would be far more reports of it.

You can try and copy a backup from the weeklysave folder to the save game folder, maybe on of the backups does work, but I am not very optimistic.

I have read about that problem before. The main problem is, that the transfer window opens at that day, so even if you would skip the day, the career would be broken somewhat.
