It's just me, or when you simulate a stage your team suck badly? If I play the 3D Game, I win the stage or do good, but otherwise, my team finish at least 2min behind winner... |

What mode of difficulty do you play on?

Uhm... I belive that when you simulate fitness is very important. So if you simulate, are you sure their fitness is good? With 60 fitness even uhm Contador is chanceless... |

Yes fitness is important but this is also true for the 3D race.
But the difficulty is not considered when simulating, so if you have cavendish in top form, he might win almost every flat stage when simulating. |

Hi..What should I do when I want win through quick simulation ?
I usually tick my leader sprint if there is a mass sprint 4 team mates to lead him, and riders with status free element " take risks" or breakaway....But this dont work at all...Can sb help me where I am doing mistake or which tactic should I use ?
P.s. I have a good fitness for my riders... |

If you want to ensure a mass sprint, set everyone bar the leader(s) and the sprinter on relay, because the game sometimes expects you to do all the work.
Leading out doesn't seem to work like in 3D mode for me, and don't do that at all without really good form, otherwise it says "xy wasn't helpful at all" or so.
Although I have no clue whether the info box gives you an explanation for the result or isn't related to the race outcome at all.
I don't know if relaying weakens the leadout effort, but at least the info box doesn't tell you about its quality anymore.
But quick sim is so messed up anyways in this edition that often enough a guy worse in sprinting than my main sprinter ends up in front even though he has to relay while my main sprinter has 6 team mates protecting him. Plus countless examples more.
So basically, don't expect anything in sprints, and not too much on any other terrain (even TTs can be strange)

If you have a good sprinter it is easy to have good results in the quick simulation. Just make sure that your sprinter has a great form. In quick simulation the game considers all sprinting stages to be pan flat and about 150km. |

It would probably help if you listed the team, riders and races you are having problems with.
From my limited experience (plenty of 3D races but few simulated races) of this game and experience of other similar sports management games, what you are experiencing is a common problem for people thats are good at the game.
In 3D mode, you can out play the computer. They might do something stupid and you can react and exploit that.
When you simulate, that doesnt happen. You have good fitness level, but those PC teams entering teams probably are also going to be entering racers that have good fitness. You can select a basic level of overview tactic, but thats what most people have when they start a 3D race and proceed to tear it to shreds when something happens that means that plan might not work.
Hense, when you simulate, most the time the favourite wins. If your playing as sky, with top fitness on flat stages with cavendish and never winning, then something is going wrong obviously. However, if your playing with a mid range team with a rider who might win a stage or two every year, then its entirely possible that the cards just arent coming up for you at the minute and maybe your lead guy is having a bad year. |

Well mostly I have problems with flat or cobbled stages...I cant win this type of stage in quick simulations as in 3D mode...
I am playing for BMC...In my best I usually end on third or little worse place. Cavendish, Sagan, Cancelara most of times beats my best sprinter ( Thor Hushovd ). Cancelara has fucking good stats But its true that sometimes my sprint train sucks. Arent there any tips for that ?
In cobbled stages I end at top 5 with Balan but I have never won the cobbled stage yet.
In mountain stages I dont have problem with Evans.
