Error when I try to open .gmx file

I get this error after i try to open my .gmx file i don't know what happen. Please if somebody can help.

"Cannot create the stage, dem file doesn't exists"

This is a route from Bolivia

Did you download the dem files?
If yes, are you sure that your route is inside the area covered by the dem files?

Ohhhhh i didn't know about it, thanks Lachi but unfortunatly is not my country (Bolivia) i would like to do Vuelta a Bolivia the highest race in the world (i think) with stages at 4000 meters (all stage)
