Help choosing graphic card for game

Hi. I need help from you guys to choose a graphi card for my PC to, amongst other tasks, run PCM properly. However, I'm trying to spend the lowest possible. I got a list from the store I'm buying the card.

Between these ones which should I buy? I had an Asus GT630 2 Gb, which isn't available anymore but there is the GT640, which is one of the few cards with 2 Gb on that list. I also don't know if there are huge differences between a 2 Gb and a 1 Gb card; which type of card runs PCM better...

Well, forget the properly part. I just want to know which one of the list is better. I'm not convinced the most expensive is the best one...

I don't have a card. The one I had had some problems, so the store returned me the money to buy a new one.

Well, the most expensive card is a GTX 550 Ti.
