I don't think so, ASO and Stanos uses custom graphic so it messes up menu look, PCMDaily too not work with these much, you shoud see some flags, sponsors missing etc...
Always better instal DB into a clean instal of game, even it mean 3 folders of game, one to each database

So i simply install the game again to a different folder? What about documents then, arent they created automatically on the same place every time? I was never in need of two separate installs, but i would like to try it this year.

For the documents, just leave a copy of each dbs Local.cdb and then for the db your are going to play, rename that file to "Local.cdb"
So if I use ASO, I'd have a backup called "LocalASO.cdb"
then when you want to use ASO db, just copy past that, and rename it to Local.cdb, deleting the original Local.cdb beforehand. You can have many dbs this way.
Also in each seperate directory in Program files, place the correct db's Local in there. Then the step in documents will work every time.
