Hi. Just started first PCM 2012 career as Efapel Glassdrive. I don't seem to be getting any wildcard invitations ? Is that because they're a pro continental team ?

you need to request them
when doing your schedule you need to click on the WT events you want
you will then find out through the season whether you got them or not

also only ProContinental teams can get wildcards

Besides, with small Pro Continental teams it is unlikely you will get wildcards, even if you are getting good results. Instead, don't focus on World Tour races and get superprestige points mostly in lesser races, so you get promoted for the next season if you intend to.

Uhm... I think Efapel Glassdrive is a Continental team.
Only Pro Continental Teams get invites.
btw, you don't get invites, you should ask for an invite, the same way as you ask to participate in for example a 2.1 race
