do it's possible play friendly on line with a start list?

sorry for my english
I play friendly races with a custom database with my friend, but others AI teams are with 2-3 ciclists and Ai teams are random..
I've tried also with some edit in Lachi's editor, now I can play with my 20 preferred teams , but not with my AI preferred ciclists
some suggestions ??
