Problems with preselection World Championships

I'm having some problems with the early selecting of riders for the World Championships.
If i want to mark a rider who i would like to take with, here's what i get: 'you've reached the maximum number of riders'. However i haven't select anyone yet.
At the information tablet the're also written that the maximum riders for my country is 0.. I took Belgium as country so it should be 9 normally. I've installed al the patches so that won't be the problem. I play with the database DB_PCMFrance_V3.
I'm currently riding the Vuelta. I'm at 31 august so i have to complete my preselection for the World Championships and like i said, it's not possible so i'm stuck in the game.
Anyone who can help me fix this problem? |

I thought this has been fixed with the latest patch.
But anyway, there are other threads about this very same problem. I doubt that there is a solution but you might want to look there. |

apparently it's not fixed with the latest patch.. I tried another career where i was sure the latest patch was definitely installed before i started the career and yet the same problem.. |

I've just tried it with the basic database, the official one, and then i don't have any problems with the preselection of the national team. A bit strange i think. I assume the problem should be in the database i'm using (DB_PCMFrance_V3).
Anyone who can find the bug in this database or where it should be updated?
I have a database-editor so i could do it if i know what the problem is.. |

In DYN_cyclist you can tell the game which riders you want to the WC team. It is in the columns called bit_champion and bit_champion_itt (or something like that) and you have to put different values. I think 6 is for the preselection and 4 is for the final team but it is a long time sinces I did that so I am not sure.

The columns are in the last part of the DYN_cyclist. After the stats.

Was I right about the values?
That 6 is preselection and 4 is the final team? Or the reverse?

yes. 6 was the preselection, 4 wasn't necessary caus' it was already working with the 6 ! |
