Does recovery training camp reduce fatigue? It looks like it improves moral. The training screen in pcm is poor in that regard!

It does improve moral, but it doesn't reduce fatigue.

Well, I did tests and this camps works.
Gesink starts with fitness_f_forme_fatigue = 3385.997 and simulate (loading the same save file) 12 days with:
- yellow bar training => 3807.061
- no training (red bars) => 3034.291
- recovery camp (Monaco) => 2586.594 and morale boost from 79.68 to 87.16.
So, maybe in PCM11 they did not reduce fatigue but in PCM12 they did.
