PPDB Matrix?

I've been looking at the PPDB websites and they talk about their "stat matrix". What is different in the way PPDB does stats compared to other DBs?

All database makers assign riders stats. The stat matrix is how they are assigned and how the stats relate to one another. There are always lots of arguments about stats whenever a .db comes out.

Plakker at PPDB is the best person to ask about his stat matrix I would say.
