Hi guys, I'm going nuts with PCM2012, cause is full of annoying bugs. I decided no to edit the game and only use the PCM Daily Database cause I had to restart the game several times. The latest bug is that for the TDF 2013 a couple of days in one of the riders stops racing and in the raking he is listed as -36 time. I tough he had withdrawn but when the first time trials comes the is a ghost rider that makes the game crash. Startet the TDF several time selecting other riders for the one that has the problem and It keeps happening. So I can't progress in the game unless I simulated everything and is not fun like that.
Uninstalling the game does not fix an error in the save, obviously.
You could check in the table DYN_team, if the rider is still participating in the race. I think it is the column fkIDrace.
Then there are the tables DYN_classification_stage and DYN_classification_race where you could edit the stage and race standings.

No I have another issue. I'm about to give up with the game cause I can't seem to go more the one season without a problem or a crash. When It reaches august 2 it freezes.
It had happend before when the year turn to 2013, but I realize it was because I hand'n renew my staff, so I fix it by doing that. But now I don't know what could It be.
Is it just me or this game is full of bugs?

I'll post it in case someone has the same problem in the future.
Both problems had to do with the same issue. I got a rider injured (B.Intxausti) who was supposed to be in the TOUR de FRANCE. I send another rider who was going to LA VUELTA instead, but, and here came the problems. That rider (NIEVE) was schedule to go on a recognition training camp for LA VUELTA. So instead of pulling him out of training camp like it did in PCM2011, it cause a conflict by pulling him out of the TOUR without actually withdrawing him from the race. The problem came in the TIME TRIAL stage as that rider appeared as a ghost.
I edited the game and fix that problem getting him out of the Tour the right way, telling the AI that he had withdrawn, but came august 3 the game crashed.
This is a bug in the game, but It had happend before as I pointed out in the last post when I try to move from 2012 to 2013 without renewing my staff.
So I look for an event happening on August 2 or 3 and there it was TRAINING CAMP. Again the AI failed to exclude the injured rider from the recovery training camp so It crashed when it end it. I had to cancelled the training camp before it finished to fix the game from crashing.
As i said, PCM is full of silly bugs. Cyanide should fix this issues or release an application capable of looking for errors or contradictions in the DATABASE. If I hadden't persisted I would have lost a very promising career.
