I was wondering if an old trick from previous PCM versions still apply to this game:
do riders still improve much faster if you put them on a custom training schedule with minimum form training intensity the whole year? i've been doing this with the few talents that i have in my carreer game with argos-shimano, but none of them seem to improve at a respectable rate.... (there is still the option that the riders that i think are talents, really suck actually).

also: someone has more tips and tricks on how to get the maximum out of your talent training?

I'm pretty sure that training intensity and race days have no effect on rider growth.

There is a setting in the database you could tweak, but that will give every rider a faster development rate. So even those riders who are decreasing due too old age.

Only tip is: best trainer possible.
There isn't any other way to speed up the progress.

thanks. then i will start to use my talents as helpers instead of letting them sit with 50-60 form the whole season Smile
