Hey guys,
I was just wondering if any of you has one of the Codemasters F1 games.
I had F1 2010 for PC, but my laptop couldn't really handle it, so it was very laggy.
I now have F1 2011 for PS3, and I just won my first season (with Williams), with a score of 379 pts, Vettel was 2nd with 229 pts. Williams became 2nd in the Constructors' Championship, Red Bull had 384 pts, and we had 381 pts (yes, Barrichello only had 2 pts ). I was playing on Professional difficulty, but I signed a contract with Red Bull, so I will play on Legend difficulty next season.
So, you guys have one of the games?

I have them both, plus F1 2009 on PSP and they're quite disappointing, compared to previous codemasters racing games. |

I have F1 2010 and F1 2011 for PC. But in F1 2011 I can't find the right options for my steering wheel, so that's bad. In 2010 I'm in my second season and I'm driving for Red-Bull. I was World Champion with a HRT (playing legend, but F1 2010 is too easy on legend, as you can see) and got a contract foor RB. |

I have 2011 and I've been playing the season on Legend difficulty with Force India. I think I have 4 or 5 wins and a few 2nd place finishes. I didn't get good until a few races into the season, after a few R&D's.
I think I am planning on getting 2012 for my computer so that I can play it more often, but we'll see.

I have the F1 2010 for PC, it's a nice game, but I think the gameplay is a bit easy. Though, nothing compares to Geoff Crammond's GP3, which I played for some 8 years Now my new laptop can't handle the game. |

2010 and 2011, both for PS3. My careers don't get any further than Spain, Year 1 though.
Really looking forward to F1 2012, heard that the Codies will include the Young Driver Test at Abu Dhabi in the game.

Best F1 game ever, GP3. Although F1 Career Challenge was good as well. |

I have F1 2011 and I'm enjoying it. I'm not very good but think that the circuits are excellent. |

Had 2010
won every race in 1st season with HRT on legend, full simulation ....
won every race in 2nd season with Torro rosso
won every race in 3rd season with Renault
won every race etc etc etc
Total stats; 65wins 77poles 12driver titles 8 constructor titles (just in carrers, not one-off races)
Just hoping 12 poses a challenge... its been far far far too easy so far
Didnt get 11, got cod instead

Oh, sure!
My dad is a HUGE F1 fan, which probably means I don't even have to buy the game myself

Got F1 2012 on release day
Great game, car handling is so sensitive. Now you have to be careful when cornering as it is easy to lose the back of the car and spin.
I have started career mode with Force India. So far my results are as follows:
Australia: Qualified 18th and finished 9th
Malaysia: Qualified 24th after a grid penalty and finished 7th
China: Qualified 10th and finished 3rd.
Bahrain: Qualified 13th and finished 3rd.
4th in the championship
Difficulty: Professional

I'll probably get it December 5th (Sinterklaas), but perhaps my dad buys it earlier.

Is it possible to change the number of laps on career mode in 2012?

Yep, i think that in the option there is a percentage (25%,50%,100%) where you can decide how many long you want a race |

Or does he mean the Season Challenge? I think that is meant as sort of a "quick career"
but anyway, the game is amazing and the graphics on PC are excellent, better than PS3 I'd say.
Also, in 2011 on Legendary I would get Top 10's with Force India but after two seasons I never got better offers, so I kept restarting to fictionally "extend the career"
