I have a lot of questions about training young riders.
Do the training speed depend in any way of how many races the rider compete in??
Do anyone know what the training speed is and does it make a difference in the age of the rider ( will a 16 year old train faster than a 20 year old, with the same amount of stars in potential)
If my trainer has a 6/10 skill in Fl, does it mean that he is only able to train 60 pct compared to a 10/10 skill.
Is there some calculation/faktor between potential and skill, so it's possible to get a better idea of how good your rider will be.
( If my rider have a starting skill of ex. 55 and a 6 star potential, what will his ending skill be??)
How long time will it take to fully train a young rider with high potential and will the amount of stars decrease when the skills increases??
And the last question.
when I look at my riders page, then some of them gets an orange coloured box in the form column, what is that??
I hope that some of you experienced gamers will take the time to answer all my noob questions
If I remember correctly, rider development speed depends on my factors, for example the training type and trainer skills. But the trainer skills are only speed nothing else.
Development speed is also somewhat related to the age and potential but each rider has its only evolution, like "slow but steady", "explodes as a certain age", progressive or degressive.
The stars show the improvement potential, each star is worth about 2 points. But depending on the training type a rider might not reach the maximum in all stats.
Try to read the manual, I am sure the interfaces have been explained there.

Does this means, that a rider is only able to raise his skills for about 10-12 points.
If that is the case, is it possible to find a young rider with starting skills around 70. If that not the case then it's not possible to get a future star!!
No, there's only a limited amount of space to show the stars, so the limit might be more than 12 points away, it just cannot be displayed

Why not? You cannot have a team full of stars, you need helpers also.
I have never seen a rider with 6 stars in all stats, so you have work with what you got.
But the most important thing is the starting values. A sprinter who's sprinter stat starts at 60 will never be world class, even if he had 6 stars left. But based on your logic it would be useless to train riders if their sprinter stat does not start at 70.
