That seems like a LOT of work to put together, what happend to the Cycling24 story?

Crommy
It's on hold for a while. I fancied doing something different having looked at some of the french stories

Well, I think it's great, and a great idea too, but it would be nice if it could be a bit smaller, so I wouldn't have to scroll right and left all the time...

Well, you could maybe increase your screen resolution Wink

Anyway, good luck with it, doddy. Seems very interesting Smile

Right, I've decided to restart and make this into a blog/newspaper story, as well as fiddling with the database a tiny bit as you can see below. Hopefully this will be a better format:

Normally, these shocks make the player's team better -- but not in this case, I see. I like that Smile

Which database are you using?

15th January, Adelaide
This past fortnight has just been amazing. I cannot believe I now ride for a cycling team in the ProTour, let alone the fact I'm team leader. I only took up cycling last year for Christ's sake!
I've just flown out to Australia after a relaxed pre-season training camp in the south of France, and I've got to admit, I'm nervous already. I'm supposed to be the best rider in the group, but I had to work 100% to keep up with some of the riders who just seemed to be relaxing. Serge assures me I'll get better with time, and I hope I will: he's shown a lot of confidence in me.
The riders are a friendly bunch, although all this French is hard work. I'll pick up I know, but it still feels a little strange at the moment.
The team got off to a great start, with my already good friend Mark Renshaw being cheered on by us to victory (you've probably seen it in the papers). I'll be riding very shortly in the Tour Down Under, and Serge has just been trying to get me to relax. I might be team leader, although I've got nowhere near any semblance of fitness

Its very unusual to have a 16 year old brit as team leader for a ProTour squad, can you post his stats?
