Problem with activation

Hi,
I have the PCM 2011 and I bought it last year. Now I want to play, but I can't use my key, because the key is "not vaiid" ??!! I have contacted focus, but I dont get an answer. Could you help me? Do you know this problem?

And I can't deaktivate or reaktivate the game.

i had this last year and contacted focus. they said my activations had expired they just gave me more for free.

Write again and tell them that you will sue them if you do not get more keys.
But obviously read the contract to see if you are eligible to get a new key after more then a year. |

I bought the game a second time yersterday  Because I think that I would wait thousand years for an answer by focus. And if they contact me, I will sell the game with the new key. I think this is the best way to play this wonderful game. The 2012 Edition is a very big shit! 2011 (and 2006) forever! |
