problem with simulating the new day in career mode

Hello guys!
I've got a problem with my career.... Its the 10.09.12, a few days before the world championships, but with trying to spring to the 11.09.12, the game is hanging. there's a loading button which say "new day" but the game doesnt do anything. Can anybody help me?
(sorry about my language)

I have solving the problem.... It was a training camp which has blocked 2 riders for the world championships..... sorry
