I don't understand a thing

Amateur Posts: 19 Joined: 29-03-2011 PCM$: 200.00	In my career I have a rider with 85 ovr on mountain,raised in few years .When the great mountains come my rider have the pulse 175-180 on train by 75 ovr.I don't used the training camps and I don't understand why when he attack,he resist only few metres.It's my question. Thanks "I am just a bike rider...."-Fabian Cancellara
