If i change camera (example elicopter) and then i select a rider on left menu default camera come back! how can i change default camera? i really don't like .. too much zoom in.
You cant customize it.. Press F5, F6, F7, F9... one of those should suit your wants

Then when you click on the rider, just manage whatever you need to do and press F7 again which will take you to helicopter view.

you should use the default camera, but using alt+mouse wheel for customize it

The camera in CyM/PCM has been customizeable since 2002.
F5: Activates the main camera. The camera allows a many viewing possibilities which you
can control by a combination of holding down the Alt key and mouse movements:
Angle of view: Alt key + left mouse button, while moving the mouse
Zoom in / out: Alt key + mouse wheel
Alt key + right mouse button + left/right movement of mouse
i really cannot manage the race with default camera..
