Camera change

I downloaded the 2007 pcmnorge database, didn't work so i deleted it. but it changed my options menu a little bit, so i changed all that back to what it was. When i went into a race, the normal overhead camera was not there. it was more to the side with an arrow pointing over the rider i was on, and i can't seem to change it back the the normal camera. Help!

You can move the camera when holding the ALT key as far as I know.
Isn't that explained in the manual?
You could also try the camera buttons on your keyboard (F something, read manual)
