Create New Player Profile.....Help Please

Hi,

As subject title suggests, having problem creating a profile. No matter what i put in for Profile Name, Email Address or Activation code it comes up error for all and says not enough characters. I have no idea what to do, anyone have a clue??

try to put all in small letters not capital letters.
also make sure to put the correct key. The easiest way is to copy the key from the mail and paste it.
The correct key is the Multiplayer key.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply! I bought the game from a site called Green Man Gaming, got the two keys which i used the first to authenticate the game and i assume the second is the player key. Tried all of that and nothing, im clueless as what to do! Perhaps ill email Green Man Gaming but i dont think its an issue with them.

All fixed, tried again today after reinstalling etc and all is fine. Thanks for the help
