My problem is that after I installed the newest version of PCM France´s DB (V7) I have experienced that the pictures of the added frames and helmets in-game are covered by pink squares.

Have any of you experienced the same, or do you know what to do?

this is either because you installed it into the wrong folder or because the patch replaced the local.cdb.

Install the BD into the folder where the game is (PCM.exe).
If that does not help, then replace the local.cdb in my documents\pmc12\ with the one from the DB. Then make it read-only.
