Not loading on my screen

Hi 
I tried to load PCM 12 last night after i brought it from steam but it only shown a flash of white and went off without an error or owt. I then plugged up my PC to my brothers screen and it worked fine. It did this for Football manager and i just had to put it in minimized screen and it worked. Is they anything i can do for PCM?

Try to set the screen resolution manually.
There is a xml file in the config folder somewhere at my documents\pcm12\
(sorry for not being more precise but I don't have the game installed on this pc) |

If your laptop can play the game when you connect a monitor, then why would you want to buy another one?
Did you edit the file GraphicConfiguration.xml? You would need to set the screen resolution of your desktop. |

I have a PC but play it on my tv(think is the problem) but when i plug it up to my brothers tv it works but not on mine.

Like I said, you have to set the correct screen resolution of your TV and it should work. I don't see a reason why it should not work on a TV. |

Ive tried it mate along with a million other suggestions across the internet. Its just puzzling.
Would that laptop do the job mate? I know its cheap but i only use it for football manager and soon to be pcm! |
