Is there any workaround with the DailyDB
So you can still play the game with this DB, without all the graphic files missing, or not linked correctly in the game  |

The Local is overwritten by the Patch. So if you install the patch after the DB, it's going to mess up the graphics.
There's a backup of the Local.cdb in the PCM.daily Projects / Questions and Answers thread (first page). |

I had to make it a read only file to make it work. Dont know why. |

Reason: That DB is not compatible with the patch, therefore that file will be replaced with the latest local.cdb from the patch every time you start the game.
Edit: This was about the 10 time I explained it since the release of the patch.
Isn't there a way to link to all my posts, so that I don't have to retype?
