a few easy questions please!

Sorry if these questions have been posted before...

ive actually got de pcmdaily DBv2 with pcm2011, and i would like to know...

1) when the riders go down in their abbilities?? im with radiosack, and i am thinkin to renew contracts of many riders of more than 30 years old. in the training page they all have stars of possible progression in few things like mountain, or hills, but they are very old and i dont know if they can progress in those thing or if the age make this impossible...

2) how can i search young riders?? only with scouts??

3) ive got radiosack and nissan sponsors... they are with me until 2013... when and how can i renew them, o search for new sponsors???

these are the three important questions i want to know. thank you!

3. You can't renew them but you can search for a new sponsor by going to the top left dropdown menu (the one with finances on) and selecting search for a sponsor but you can only do it in 2013 Smile

1. There's an age decline defined in the database. It's usually about 34-35 years. This is when the rider's stats will start to decline.

2. You can view the results of the U23 races to get an idea of who's good.

3. You can search for new sponsors (renewal is not possible in PCM11) in the last of the sponsor's contract.

So, about point 3.... there isnt any possibility to mantain radiosack and nissan soponsoring me when the contract ends??????

Only if you edit the contract end date using an editor
