Game freezes with popup on rider's schedule

Amateur Posts: 13 Joined: 05-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	I'm playing a career game with PCMDaily expansion pack, with a custom team. After setting up riders for Volta ao Algarve and two single day race on the next week, I setup a hill training camp for 6 riders during the Volta. So far, so good. The problem is when I click on the rider schedules again. A popup appears with the message: "Today's national championships do not concern A. Camargo (one of my riders). Here's a list...." And below a list of national championships. After clicking "ok", the popup gets a little bit blurred but still open, locking the screen. The only way out I found was killing the program and starting again. Any clues?
