I read a few threads about that but impossible to find how to change the max payroll allowed. Example : with Sky I begin with 633.000 (more than 600.000) and I cant extend my cyclist contracts... How to? I can't find a table containing that information

If I understand this correctly, it seems like he is trying to extend contracts, but he can't because Sky has a payroll higher than allowed.
You'd have to somehow get your payroll down.. But you can't possibly get them down by 33k so you might have to cheat. Try taking away a couple thousand with each rider in Lachi's editor. I'm sure Lachi can explain that
I also have a question cuz Im always confused with these finances........ If u win 2-3 WT races , and u get a lot of money until lets say April , can u use the money u gained from races to extend the contracts ?

U should watch out with this. As far as I know, there are 2 different 'segments' of money. There's a difference between budget and payroll. Budget is used to pay stuff, and payroll is how much you pay every month on salaries.
Money from races can and will be used to pay salaries, but cannot add to the total max amount of 600k you can spend on salaries.
