Hi,
if my sponsors give me 340.000/year, what would be the maximum monthly wage for my team?
I'm trying to get Boonen,Andy Schleck and some good 2nd row sprinters in my team without going broke.
Btw i'm pretty new to the game so don't expect me to win every big race with Boonen/Schleck =D
Edit:I accidentally(?) double posted sorry for this

Erm, just divide by 12?

There's also the money from stage wins etc, so i guessed that it probably would be around 150k/month? Or isnt this impossible?

Well, the one depends on the other and vice versa
The better your riders, the more prize money, the more wage for a better team.
It's quite risky to hope for much earnings, and 150k per month is only possible for the top WT teams.
My basic math gives me 340.000/12=28.333k/month, and that's practically nothing. You are sure that you didn't mean 340k per month?
You wouldn't be able to spend more than 2,5k per rider, and you only get mediocre TTers for this.

So my team would look like
cheap sprinter with 70+ sprinting
someone for stage races like Van Garderen
lots of riders with 2000/month wage? |

If you really meant 340.000 for the whole year, Van Garderen would merely fit in, and you couldn't provide any support for him whatsoever.
With a ~75 sprinter and a ~75 MO, ~70 TT guy, around 25k prize money per month is the upper border, I think. So if you should find such guys for 8k-10k, you might make it.

I'll give it a try, but replacing Van Garderen with a cheaper climber/stage racer |

Remember that any sort of staff is out of reach
If I should give you any hints, look for TTers with reasonable secondary stats.
The average calculation for TTers is pretty fucked up, so that the other stats don't matter much and the average ( and thus the wage) is often way below standard.
Obvious examples I found with 2 minutes of scrolling through the riders are Geraint Thomas and Gustav Erik Larsson, who both could win you 2-3 stage races a month for most of the year and cost less than 10k in my db.

with other words it's going to be a hard fight the first season, hoping to find a better sponsor + some young talents for the 2nd season and then gradually fight my way up? |

Finding a sponsor obviously only works when the contract expires, and young talents are always good as they develop fast without demanding more money (unless you have to renew their contract already in 2013).
Examples for them would be Cattaneo/Preidler/Aru as always, and for the already competitive ones, the Columbians (Quintana, Chavez etc.) are good picks.
