pcm 12 cannot start game

hello,
i bought pcm 2012 today on disc from a store and when i install Patch-1.2.0.0-From-1.0.0.0 i get a error "seelink" 
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
also when i click on play game from the disc menu nothing happens, same as when i do it from my program files as run as admin..
anyone got a idea what to do or got a solution? please let me know
things i tried
- uninstall
- run as admin
- install to different directory
- install on a different user

----UPDATE---
now the game started after atleast 90 minits i think and i can play, but still i dont get the patch installed!.

But you have the game closed when you try to install that patch, right?
Although the error is not english, I believe it says that a file cannot be deleted, so you could try something. Rename this file, try to install again.
If that does not help, you could try another thing. Uninstall the game. Then install it into another folder which is NOT in C:\Program files\ for example C:\PCM12 |

hello,
the patch is now succesfully installed. but when i start the game it takes too long to launch. it was over an hour last time so i'm not sure how long it takes now.. anyone got a clue? |

i can't even uninstall the game anymore, its not doing anything on the uninstal screen! |

Throw your computer out of the window.
Honestly, do you have a virus or something on your computer?

i got it fixed, i repaired my pc and installed again. but it stil had the same problem. but then i turnt off my virus scanner and it started directly and now i can play
stupid virus scanner haha
