New Sponsor (problem?)

I have had negotiations with Banesto, they agreed with the amount, I have 3 year contract asked and then I clicked on Sign Contract button, but now I find my sponsor scout no longer back, and also nowhere I see a confirmation of my sponsor agreement with Banesto? anyone help?
