I want to start a career with Custom Team but I've never done it before. Can someone tell me what all the options mean when you start off with custom team mean and what they do during the game. Orientation? Also when you pick the region of your team and the % and the importance and all that.... sorry for all the questions. Also what League will I be starting in? If there's something else I should know please post, thanks.

Isn't it explained in the game? Like a button where you can click at and it explains what it does?

The orientation means how much money you start with basically. If you set it low you get littel money but lots of scout reports so you can see lots oif yoiung riders and pick the best ones. If it set at 100% you get loads of money but no scout reports.

The regions determine what your sponsors will want- like nationality of riders and important races.

I think taht's it anyway
