The game wont run!

Help me please, i installed the game, started it and it worked, then i played a little. Then i shutdown my computer, and then i came back, but this time the game wont run! When i press on the icon the menu opens, i choose play, it closes, then nothing happens! I checked with windows task manager if it is running and it says there is a process "PCM.exe" but i cant even hear the music. My computer is strong enough to run it.

Windows 7
4GB RAM
512MB Graphics
500 GB HDD
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E3400 2.60 GHz

Help, PLEASE!!

If you have any firewall or antivirus running, try to deactivate it.
