with our new team starting pre-season training:
we only have a quite month ahead. Crawford will take part in the austrailian RR and TT but we dont expect anything. So hopefully the Austrailian championships will be up soon.
Any questions?

We are only taking part in the tour of Qatar
Aussie TT champs
Well we had no chance and it proved to be that way, here are the faviroutes:
one highlight of the day proved to be Rogers passing Brown Rogers (1st)
Behind them was Davis who had a terrible day, nearly being caught by roberts who finished (4th)
Next Mcewen
Mcgee was next (5th)
Evans was the last big shot (2nd)
Last but not least Crawford
The results:
Next up Aussie RR

Aussie RR
If all plans went well today i was hoping for a hopeful 5th! but as things never do go to plan, we came away disapointed.
The first breakaway of the day was a large one, with the main riders being: Lowe, Davis and Goss, Davis btw would stay out there.
Eventually Southaustralia brought the pack back up, as they had nearly there whole team at the race. Davis though was not to be denied as he attacked again and formed a smaller break including Goss and Lowe, that stayed out. While this was happening the race caused an unfortunate end to one riders race:
With Mcewen out of the running, the sharks could smell the blood in the water. With SA.com not bringing the break back all the faveroutes attacked. This all happened while i was having my lunch in the car, Crawford said he was distracted by a crunching noice on the other end of the radio. As soon as i had realised he attacked, he got away, but wasnt close enough to join. The break kept off the oncomin charge of rogers, O'grady and others to win the race but who?
Luke Roberts beat Ben Day for 2nd:
But it was Davis that stayed away for the win, what a ride!!!
We spoke to Crawford about the race.
- So how do you feel about todays race?
Crawford- Well im slightly disapointed, there was no organisation and i was just unlucky to not be in the winning break.
- We saw your charge at the end, but it wasnt enough?
Crawford- No i rode myself into the ground (literally!) to try and catch the escapees but i couldn't do it.
- What happened to your radio, you missed a perfect oppertunity to get a top 5?
Crawford- Yes thats what ive been wondering, it sounded like a monster was chewing on mark, it sounded like chomping!
-Well anyway, bad luck on the race, better luck next time
Crawford- Thanks Mate.

Any of the major ones, Mainly tour of denmark, GP Rinkerike (please correct me) and any others that come up. If we get a chance, and if form goes our way, then we may even try for a wildcard in the vuelta, but i doubt it very much
Any other questions

I find it funny that McEwen crashed in your story too!
What position did Crawford actually get? And can we see your sponsor goals?

An easy paced start saw two of our guys go away only one made it:
Iglinsky formed a pretty strong group, with the likes of canada, Possato kopp and more.
The break stayed away for a while and was unbothered by the winds. But meanwhile back in the peloton half of the group was pulled back due to massive winds. I ordered the team to work 75% relay at the front to try and crush the stragglers, it was going well until AG2R decided to pull it back. Back in the group the riders sprinted it out for the race points.
As the race went on the group was caught, the pack carried on at a rocketing pace, with my riders still working at the front. Nearly half the peloton was gone, but the best remained. As we lined up for the sprint there was two main trains. Kristoff was behind Friere and things were looking up. The sprint starts but who will win?......
Stay tuned....

Sprint of a lifetime
7.Friere was hanging around, and i doubted that Kristoff could beat him for speed so i was dubeous of what to instruct Kristoff to do. Over the radio i asked him what he was feeling like, he felt amazing. He mentioned 4 more words and then turned of his radio.
6. While friere was taking an energy bar, Kristoff swung around and leaned infront of one of the bouyges boys at the front, he was now behind Flickinger and infront of his team mate. Friere had now dropped behind his team mate horrilo. The other train, consisted of mainly liquigas riders, pozzato was gunning for my neck. The other train was the yellow jersey holder, steels and rigotto.
5. Friere throws away his bottles as does every other sprinter, flickinger turns around to see his team mate behind a Maxbo bianchi rider B). he tries to slow down and let Kristoff do the work, but with one look of kristoffs face, he new he wasnt going anywhere.
4. Flickinger brings the pace up, trying to shuv off Kristoff, but his attempts fail. the sprint train of steels and rigotto starts to slow as they both find themself on the front, but the liquigas train was on my tail.
3. The sprint begins, flickinger carrys the pace at the front, as friere shoves horrilo behind him. Rigotto suffers as he is forced to work for steels. Fisher starts to pound as the liquigas train hunts us down.
2. Fisher moves to release the liquigas sprinter, and rigotto works at the front. We turn the last corner and Friere jumps from behind the 2nd bouyges rider, as if it were a were a trigger release button Kristoff jumps aswell.
1. Rigotto slides off to the left, he has nothing left. the colour of green shines brightly as Kristoff turns to glance at his opposition. Steels has fired up the gas burner and is cooking like australian barbicue. Friere jumps, he smells blood in this young norwegian. The liquigas riders are not going to win, steels hasnt done enough. But has Friere?
NO!!!!!!!! HE HASNT!!!!
What a glorius victory!!! Look at the names he beat!
And do you know what those 4 words were, before he went to sprint "THIS IS FOR DANKAN" B)
Rider interview and goals overview to come...
