Just wondering what peoples sprint tactics are when they don't have enough riders for a sprint train, i usually try to jump on another teams train but the riders heart rate shoots up and he loses all his energy. Any tips?

I find sprinting very easy, often, I have too many people. If you got your sprinter and 2 more decent riders, that'll be enough.
But as written, check the tips & trick.

Thanks im asking beacuse i have just played a couple of cobble races and in each one it ends up with a group of 15-20 riders, i had two riders in the group on both occasions and there was just one sprint train but i just couldn't get onto it without my riders heart rate shooting up, they also started sprinting with about 2.5 ks to go but if i started sprinting then i would be out of energy well before the line.

Last year, I sometimes got the impression that any amount of cobbles in a race influences heart rates.
I mean that a 60 COB rider has a higher heart rate on normal, flat roads than a 70 one with the same stats after cobbles were raced..
Could have been just me, though.

sprints at the ends of cobbles are always wired
