New activation code??

Unfortunately I have used my three activation codes, because my old computer was a mess and I used the last one on my new laptop - which I have recently re-installed. Now that pcm-spain is released I really want to play the game again, but can't figure out how to get a new activation code. I have sent an email to focus gamesplanet, but I need a hardware code?!! I really need some help to get that code. 
So if anyone knows how to solve this, please help  |

yeah you need both the serial number and a hardware code to receive an activation code:
1. Start the game and enter the serial number in the activation dialog, then click on the activation button. Due to lack of an internet connection the activation should fail and give you the option to try manual activation. Select manual activation from the game's dialog, which will present you with your machine's unique HARDWARE CODE. Please note there is a time limit on the hardware code generated, i.e. you must proceed quickly or the code will become useless.
2. On a computer with internet, go to the starforce website at https://proactive....tivate.php
3. Enter your SERIAL NUMBER from the confirmation email and then the HARDWARE CODE
4. Click submit and then you'll be presented with the ACTIVATION KEY.
Maybe it's me who doesn't understand?? Can U help? |

I've tried several times, and they have never asked me for a hardware code. But why don't you just ask them where you can find the hardware code? |

Okay im in the same situation, and when i try to get my hardware code (might be dl only?) it says ive used the three. I emailed them many, many times but they never send me any info back. |

I have also mailed them and asked them concerning a hardware code, but they just send me the same email that didn't help!! |
