So what do you want to change, the budget or the equipment?
What do you want to achieve?
BTW: Equipment has no function in this game other then looking nice. The stars are just nonsense.

I still don't understand.
The monthly budget? If yes, this would be in the table called DYN_sponsor.
The money you can spend: DYN_manager
Open your save using an editor and look for either of these tables. |

OK, then it is both. The budget is needed for the riders and the money is needed to buy more equipment.
But like I said, the equipment is not needed. You are just wasting money if you buy equipment. |

I do not think you understand me, what I want is that my team has more money, if any editor you can edit the team's initial money. |

If you want to be understood, then explain it in more detail or if you don't speak English well, then add a picture.
When you start a career, you can select the difficulty. This will give you more or less monthly income in relation to the riders contracts of your team. There is no way to define a fix amount because the game calculates it at the start of the career.
But after you started a career, you can alter the money or the budget and/or your bank account as described above.
If you want to change the budget for the "custom team" (building your own team at the start of the career) then you have to use a tool like ArtMoney. Use google and the forum search to find more info about it.
