No player Key Given

Amateur Posts: 4 Joined: 10-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	So I downloaded PCM 2012 from the official game website and "more than 24hrs ago" and I was given an Activation code but when i started the game i need to create a profile but i was never given a player key and never got an email from where i bought it. How can i get one from them or play the game in general?
